30th October Winemaker tasting – Domaine Escaravailles – Rasteau, Southern Rhône
Kitchen W8 and their Head Chef Mark Kempson on Thursday 31st October: a celebration of this mysteriously intoxicating ingredient, technically a mushroom but one that grows entirely underground. Starring Wiltshire truffles with Comté Gougères, Périgord truffles with glazed Yorkshire partridge, and the mighty White Alba truffle served with smoked Carnaroli risotto – £100 a ticket for this truffle smorgasbord.
